Any object that is in motion has momentum. The vision of “Momentum” is to grow, go and give in God’s Kingdom within the context of the community of CORE. In Jeremiah 12:5, it tells us that
If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?
The vision of Momentum is to gather pace in our Christian walks, which can become worn out and tired. In doing this we can fulfil our individual calling from God, while also serving within a community context. Momentum is a place of community building and Christian maturing, where we can learn what it means to “finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given”, in the place we are called.
