Urban Soul:
The annual Event “URBAN SOUL” (acts of indiscriminate kindness) is happening from Tuesday 6th July to Friday 9th July. It is based in Trinity church on Gardiner Street (The Exchange). There will be talks and worship each night of the event. The event consists of teams of youth with adult leaders going out to the community each day to do works of service. Anything from cleaning up gardens to painting to organising sports days. The evening events are open for anyone to come along but if you want to be involved in the “acts of indiscriminate kindness you need to register with http://www.urbansoul.eu/ I will report back after to let you all know how it went.

“Mad was deadly!” “LZ7 Are the best band ever!” “We had Such a good day!” are excerpts of a few of the comments I heard back from the Kidz Klub Junior leaders after spending a wonderful day in the Wicklow hills at MAD (Make a Difference) music festival last week. Many Thanks to the organisers for a great day. I really feel Christians all over Dublin need to invite there non christian friends to this wonderful day out for all the family next year. It is such a positive day and so well run . The organisers really thought of everybody and everything for a wonderfull day out for all ages. Get it in the diary for next Year!

“About 20 members of CORE attended MAD along with around 1,500 of the broader Dublin Christian Community on a gorgeous sunny Sunday. Apart from a ton of fantastic bands (such as the Dublin Gospel Choir) rocking out the big tent, we were treated to some excellent talks by notable speakers such as Noel Kenny and Reuben Coulter, plus some great amusements for the kids.”
