11am will be the main time for the community of CORE to gather to worship except for once a month when we will have a training evening, ‘Equipping the Saints’.
Prayerworks – CORE’s monthly prayer newsletter
PrayerWorks is a monthly prayer sheet to help us to pray for the ministries, events and people of CORE Church. It’s intended to be a tool to aid your prayers. We believe that ‘prayer works’ and God can accomplish much through the prayers of his people. We’d like to see the church grow and mature with each part doing its work. PrayerWorks can help you do your part by setting aside a time to pray in the privacy of your own home.

Alpha Course at CORE – Coming Soon!
Alpha course is a 10-week course that is open to everyone interested in discovering what Christianity is about and is designed primarily for those who are not churchgoers. We are planning to start our course here in CORE in February 2011… which is sooner than you might think! So start thinking and praying about who you might like to invite along to the course. Your Church Needs You! Volunteers Opportunities
We are still recruiting volunteers for a number of areas in the church – Powerpoint, sound and the Welcome team. Currently all of these would involve being on duty on a Sunday once a month. If there is another area in the church that would you be interested in volunteering please let us know. Contact Amy at pa.corechurch@gmail.com or on 01-4735100.
Prayer Requests and Thanksgivings
• Pray for the finances of CORE that the gap of 35k will be filled in the coming months and give thanks for the money that is already starting to come in.
• Pray for the preparations that need to be made as we enter into the Christmas season.
• Pray for our upcoming Carol service and Alpha course and for those you are thinking of inviting to come along.
• Please pray for baby Hannah (2) for a speedy recovery and healing.
• Pray for Bobby who wants to go deeper in his relationship with the Lord.
• Pray for Patricia and Mickey as they adjust to their new home and pray for their ongoing health issues.
• Continue to pray for Ruaírí and Kate.
• Keep praying that Theresa will find a new flat and that God will guide her as she looks for a job.
• Please keep praying for Fergus and Jenny that there would be a breakthrough in their lives and that they would get the help they need.
