CORE Kids Summer Programme

• Crèche will be set up with toys but unsupervised, therefore please stay with your child if you would like to use the room.
• Activity Bags have been made up for 3-5s, 6-8s and 9-11s. There are “” numbered bags for each age group and each bag has different, age appropriate activities including pencils.

This means that if your child takes a different bag each week (e.g. Sparklers Bag 3 in week 1, Sparklers Bag 5 in week 2) they will have different activities to do every week.

• There will be a film screened in the Upper Room every Sunday. This will alternate between a film for younger children e..g Veggie Tales and a film more appropriate for the 7-11s.
  Each week the film will be announced and you can choose whether you would like your child to watch the film
• Neither activity will be supervised, therefore please ensure your children sit with you during the service while doing their activity bags or you stay with them while watching the film.
• In the light of this you may want to bring additional toys, activities or snacks for your children

New Wine Ireland, Sligo Summer Conference

12th – 17th July 09:
What’s in store? The New Wine Ireland summer holiday conference provides a great opportunity for you to spend time worshipping God, receiving from Him through practical teaching and prayer ministry, as well as meeting new people and spending time with family and friends. This year we are moving to a new site to accommodate our growing numbers and the programs we run. You can come as a family, a church group, or on your own and enjoy the friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Office coverage during holiday period

Office staff will be taking holidays during July and August and the office may not be manned all of the time during this period. In the event of something urgent please leave a message on the answering machine on 01 – 4735100 as this will be monitored regularly.

Prayer requests

We pray for our friends in Nepal, who are being persecuted and targeted in a wave of anti Christian violence.
We continue to pray for Dave Lee as he recovers at home.
We continue to pray for Dorothy Godsill as she begins to recover from back issues.
