Life Course
LIFE, LIFE, LIFE; What’s it all ABOUT! Oscar Wilde said that “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” While Albert Einstein said that “only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.” Questions around the meaning of life are perhaps the most common of all, especially in these tumultuous times of great change? Due to this, many are seeking a safe and insightful forum to discuss such questions. To help people in their search we have our next LIFE course which will be starting in the church on the 11th of March and will continue every Wednesday for 5 sessions thereafter, with a longer session on Saturday 4th April. The course is designed to look around the questions of life and spirituality, specifically focusing on the role of the Christian faith. Each session starts at 7pm and finishes about 9:30 pm and will consist of a meal, a faith story, short talk and discussion group. The course is free, but people, can make donations if they wish.
