Half Night of Prayer - a report
The half night of prayer was a wonderful time of seeking God and joining together in corporate prayer. We divided the night into four slots. In the first hour we prayed for all the CORE ministries and their leaders. After this Helen Lloyd led us in praying for the worship life in CORE, particularly focusing on prayer that we would be a compassionate and committed people. After this Amy Carey focused us on praying for the mission of the
CORE, both for individuals we are praying for and for the wider outreach of the church. Jon wrapped up the evening with a time of concentrated prayer on the new building project that lies ahead and that Jesus would send out the workers. The evening was a great time of extended prayer and God spoke much to us about what is before us. The future is looking great and it’s very exciting to see what God will do.
