Small Group Leaders - feedback
Last week Jonny and Esther Grant led an evening of teaching for the Small Group Leaders at CORE – the Grants have overseen small groups in a large London church over the past few years, sometimes having about 50 groups! The evening started as Jon Kissell led a time of sung worship and then Jonny spoke about why we have small groups and the importance of leadership. He used Philippians 2 as a reference, which was interesting as this is what we spoke about at our last Small Group Leaders meeting! Jonny and Esther had a great wealth of experience and advice to share. They were happy to answer questions and afterwards it felt like everyone had received something different from the evening that could help them where they are at either personally or specifically as leader of a small group.
