CORE Half night of prayer
Gathering of the Intercessors and Small groups to pray.
During the weekend away it was encouraging to see all those with a heart for intercession come forward to be anointed for intercessary prayer. To help capture what God was doing at Ignition I thought it would be good on our half night of prayer to combine the small groups with those who have a specific call to intercession. We have therefore divided the evening into five slots with different people leading the hour. The hour will be divided as follows: We will start with some worship, a short reading and prayer pointers to shape the prayers and give a focus. Each slot will last three quarters of an hour with a 15 min tea/coffee/ loo break and then we will start again on the hour. The evening will finish at 12 midnight with communion. We hope as many of you who can will join us for some or all of the evening. Remember Prayer releases expectation, expectation releases faith, and faith releases God’s promises. Bring it on.
